Note on the right of withdrawal

1. Offer exclusively for entrepreneurs

Warranty Label is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB. A contract conclusion with consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB is not intended.

2. No statutory consumer right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal according to §§ 312g, 355 BGB applies to consumers. Since Warranty Label contracts are concluded exclusively with entrepreneurs, there is no statutory consumer right of withdrawal for these contracts.

3. Contractual termination

The term and the options for regular termination depend on the General Terms and Conditions and the selected tariff. Paid WordPress tariffs can be canceled in the customer portal at the end of the current contract period. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
